  1. I spent 20 years as a technical author. I found few engineers understood how their technical niche fitted into the big picture. That made it very hard for them to explain their own job. Even worse, many had no idea if their work was adding value or just a road block to improving the overall product. Tech authors writing project documentation fill that gap and bring together the carouse subcomponents of a project.

  2. Russia has the Ka-52. Their equivalent of Cobra attack helicopters. They are getting blown out of the sky. Cobra would go the same way.

  3. The point about $ value of Ukraine’s counter attacks is important. They had a boost from last year’s success in Donbas. But then what? Russia will bombers from over the border. Going South to cut the Russian controlled area in two has the same whizz-bang but naturally leads on to taking Crimea or simply laying siege to Crimea. From there move East. All the time eroding Russian strength. Luhansk and Donbas would be the last on the list.
