  1. I’ve flu about every 15 years and been really sick needing 2 to 4 weeks off work. I caught flu in January 23 and was off work for two days. The difference? I take 4000 IU of vitamin D.

  2. It’s already been published that the official dose quite probably has a decimal point error. It’s out by an order of magnitude.

  3. Arteries are a muscular tube with an endothelial layer on the inside (it’s a tube with a waterproof lining). Arterial plaques initially form at junctions - the stress points. Interestingly the plaque forms between the muscle and endothelium. Even more interesting- inflammation of arteries and increase likelihood of plaques in arteries. Low vitamin D aggravates inflammation but it’s is not associated?
