  1. UK has the 1939 Cancer Act which states that “the best current therapy” must be used. This means anything new is illegal. The Conservative–Liberal Democrat coalition (2010to 2015) tried to replace this restrictive act but Liberals had a tantrum about some details on voting reform. They vetoed the new law. Since then, Conservatives ignored the issue. The new Labour outfit is also (deliberately?) deaf.
