  2. I am fair skinned and burn easily in strong sunlight. I therefore kept out of the sun. In 2005 cutting out wheat proved I had a gluten intolerance. But I suspect it really began at least 10 years before. I have had flu every 20 Years and been extremely sick. Last year, I had flu and was off work just 2 days. The difference is that I now take 4000 IU of vit D most days. I have recently added Vit K.
