  1. Due to work demands, I had two shots of the AstraZeneca. It was later criticised but I suspect far less harmful long term than “other” brands. Hopefully, I have avoided long term damage.

  2. I started researching Vitamin D in 2019, after Coof came to light. I found the 2014 lecture by Ivor Cummings “D for Debacle”. I now take 4000 IU per day and believe my health is considerably better than it otherwise would be.
