  1. Are there any young children in Russia who are not from St Petersburg or Moscow? Most of Russian adults can’t feed themselves, never mind taking on children.

  2. Russian security forces were not incompetent in their response to this terror attack. They were literally next door and fix nothing. More were 10 minutes away. They waited an hour then stood around for 30 minutes. The blue men were telling people to close the doors (preventing escape). This is not incompetence. This is deliberate delay to max up the outrage.
