  2. If Ukraine first takes Donbas, they are likely to be told to stop now and play nice. Crimea would stay Russian. If Ukraine first takes Melitopol and lays siege to Crimea, they still have the other occupied areas to be taken back. They are very unlikely to be told to stop and play nice.
