  1. Ukraine wants 100% of its occupied territories returned. That includes Crimea and when the time comes, that bridge will be hit. Meanwhile Russia expends considerable resources to protect its investment.

  2. Ukraine could take out the arch span for military reasons. That is relatively easily replaced. Don’t assume that Russian speaking Ukraines actually support Russia. The brutal occupation destroyed that years ago.
