  1. The British Six Pounder 57mm anti tank field gun was a potent weapon used throughout WW2. It could easily take out the Panzer 4 and Panther. One gun actually destroyed two Tigers. Flak 88 was clearly more powerful but the Six was easily hidden with a smaller crew and easier logistics.

  2. Tigers were not used in Africa. The Six pounder was especially effective at the second Battle of El Alamein against Panzer 3, Panzer 4 and Panthers.
