  1. There’s another important factor. Hummer stacks rectangular packs of battery cells into a frame. If one gets overheated it’s game over. Tesla 4680 cells are designed to burn down and out of the pack. IF any ever overheat. They can’t trigger thermal runaway in adjacent cells.
