  1. This what happens when you have politically appointed justices/judges. The huge surprise is that it’s taken so long for one side or the other use “Lawfare”to hamper their political enemies. Trump is not perfect but constantly hitting him with politically motivated law suits is literally leading to his “side” doing the same.
