  1. China has allowed a genetically engineered virus to escape. Bad stuff. However, we reacted on massively incomplete information. We still don’t know how many were infected versus those made ill and those who died.

  2. How’s this for a plan? Chuck out a nasty virus. Collapse the world economy. Directly kill droves of poor people. Use the economic mayhem to colonise poor countries. Along the way make money from the sales of vaccines. This virus (if it ever gets a vaccine) will need annual jobs like the flu. What went wrong? A work in progress virus got released by accident. You can’t admit what really happened as that blows the bio weapons policy. In any case communist regimes never admit mistakes.

  3. This man has been consistently wrong on every epidemic he’s been involved with. Foot and mouth 2001 cost billions because lesson learned in the 1960s were ignored. Mad Cow disease might have killed 200. Fergusen said millions would die. SARS-1 was supposed to kill millions. It didn’t come close MERs -ditto H1N1 flu was a damp squib This man always takes the extreme end of the scale and he is consistently wrong.

  4.  @chewypiano7194  You mean as in local “govern”ment which have no real power because everything they have to do is laid down in statute and paid for by central taxation. If the EU had their way all "national" governments would be just as shackled because tax rules would be set from the centre i.e. in Brussels

  5. Civil disobedience wont work because it can't be organised. The system will just take people out and they will be classed as criminals. Anyone with anything to lose wont be going that way.
