@chewypiano7194 You mean as in local “govern”ment which have no real power because everything they have to do is laid down in statute and paid for by central taxation. If the EU had their way all "national" governments would be just as shackled because tax rules would be set from the centre i.e. in Brussels

Civil disobedience wont work because it can't be organised. The system will just take people out and they will be classed as criminals. Anyone with anything to lose wont be going that way.
