  1. People living on the Caspian Sea southern coast live happily with a background dose of 260 mSv per year. The international occupational limit is 20mSv. Why is the legal limit so extremely low? By the way, radiation from a power station coal stock would shut down a nuclear plant. Why is there one rule for one and another near impossible rule for the other?

  3. The video shows the whole dam collapsing at once. It’s more likely to fail in a small area. Floods will be bad but there would not be a tsunami style event.
