  2. I drive deliveries for a large grocery multiple. On the whole, it's a good job and people are happy to see me. The downside is the "so-called" poor areas. Roads are jammed with cars. The turning spaces are jammed with cars. Litter everywhere. Houses unkempt. Worst of all the people expect to have their heavy groceries carried to their door. They never offer to help. They are also ridiculously picky sending stuff back because they changed their minds. It's the entitlement mentality on steroids.  Contrast the "better off" areas. Streets are usable, there is no litter (including knackered cars) and vans can turn. Most importantly, people come and help carry their food trays to their house. They are happy to use the service I provide. but they do not see it as "their right".
