  1. Ukraine has found a way to use HARM missiles from their MiGs. They’ve already taken out the Russian SAM systems and Russia has no Stingers. Ukraine already has air superiority over Kherson.

  2. You have to confirm every target is real. Russian troops just shoot off another multimillion dollar cruise missile. Better than being shot for not firing a missile.

  4. The British extensively used decoys during WW2. Their North African success at El Alamein was significantly helped by such subterfuge. Fields full of lights were used to divert bombers away from towns. Inflatable tanks made the D-Day build-ups appear to be heading for Calais.
