  1. I was very impressed with Alex and Alex (The Duran) explaining what was happening in Kazakhstan, Georgia, Turkey, etc. I’m saddened that they’ve taken Putin’s side of the story. Even if (it’s s big if) Ukraine was a problem to Russia, the war and treatment of Ukraine people is so horribly fascist there is no way to support what’s being done.

  2. Check out the map from Kazakhstan westwards. Armenia Georgia, Ukraine are all in a line along Russia’s border and all have significant oil reserves. Putin opposes a pipeline across the Caspian Sea and has fought endless wars to impose his rule over the area. This is not about old Soviet borders. It’s about stopping that oil from competing with Putin’s oil in Siberia and North Russia. Ukraine started to exploit its new oil reserves in Donbas and Crimea. Suddenly there’s a civil war fomented by Putin. He’s now escalated it to a full on invasion.

  3. Jake is taking flak. He’s over the target. I used to really rate Duran but the moment Putin started amassing forces it was clear they were not on the side of NATO. Extremely sad because they were previously on the button for geopolitics.
