  1. Huge oil and gas resources were recently found under East and Southern Ukraine and Crimea. I believe Putin invaded to prevent exploitation of that resource. It’s direct competition to his oil business. However, when Russia is eventually removed, that oil will help to pay for rebuilding the country.

  2.  @Asporez  The battles against Russian regulars and Warner’s will be brutal. Every other man on the Russian side is poorly trained, poorly equipped, underfed and unpaid. They are not stupid enough to wait until a Himars arrives.
