  1. Ladder chassis frames (as everyone else uses) are not safe. The normal truck frame ploughs on while the body collapses into the occupants. The Tesla unibody won’t have that problem.

  3. The stainless sheets can be curved but compound curves are very difficult. I would fold a return at the back end. That corner shut line will be a long term problem any tiny misalignment will look awful.
