  1. It’s well tolerated as an immune moderator. Wait until the patient is on oxygen or intensive care and it won’t work. The damage is done. The other big one is Vitamin D and magnesium. Vit D should be 5000 IU per day. Well above the paltry amounts the medics recommend but it works. It’s hugely important for immune system health.

  2. The people who need it are the ones at risk. Those admitted to hospital with breathing problems will not benefit. It’s too late for them.

  3. The virus uses the host immune system to do its work. There is much evidence that hydroxychloroquine inhibits that ability. After all that’s exactly how it works on malaria.

  4. Vitamin D should be at 5000 per day. Medical advice (ignoring all the evidence) says that vitamin D at 600 IU per day is adequate. They have raised it from 400 so they clearly know something. But it should be 5000 IU per day. It’s a huge component of the immune system. Makes the immune more accurate at killing invaders and less prone to hyper reaction when stimulated.
