  1. NATO is an alliance. Nothing more. If one (or two) members choose to get into a “squabble” others can choose to join in. But it’s not a NATO operation. The only likely NATO action would be via article 5 where a country gets invaded and everyone steps up to help.

  2. Putin always bothers on (and on! Over stating the obvious then doing very little. The MRV missile was almost totally ineffective - the projectiles broke up on re-entry as would actual we pons if they had been used. It’s significant that Russia has not tested a single w@rhead. It’s likely they have nothing that works.
