  1. Elsewhere, TIK’s exposes the similarities between today’s Hard Left and Hitler’s Nazis. Here he exposes Allied incompetence. RAF and USAF basically wrecked the Market-Garden project by refusing to provide air support.

  2. The question of why Market Garden failed is down to a failure of planning. Equipment was not tested and too much relied on luck to rapidly take one objective - Nijmegen Bridge. The RAF and USAF avoided involvement yet they’d have not only helped destroy German armour they’d have further denuded the Luftwaffe.
