  1. The British “Naro” car (around 2005) was a tandem two seater that lean steered. The idea was that two narrow track cars take 1/2 the road space on one standard car. They said the switch from normal steering to counter-steering (that all bikes do) was really tough to computer code. They also had to use handlebars because lean steering (like a bike) with a steering wheel is totally confusing to drive.

  2. The Piaggio MP3 has two narrow track front wheels. It lean steers like a bike but brakes like a quad and has more stability than either. Norman Hossack invented a simple system that uses a rocking lever to lean the machine. The centre pivot is spring suspended so you get independent leaning and suspension.
