  1. I hope Tesla is soon able to use mega castings for scuttle, door frames (A, B, C posts) and of course the chassis mounts we know from the Model Y.

  2.  @no_more_free_nicks  I have a 2007 Fiat (which is great) but you can see where they failed to fully consider the needs of body shop, engine and electrics. The latter work really well but are clearly required to fit around the “important” stuff.

  3. Fine wires are ok but fractures happen at the connectors. You need hefty insulation for mechanical strength. Today’s electrical connectors are great at connecting but the failure points are where the wires exit.

  4. I had a 2001 Audi A4 with the multi adjustable sports seats. I’ve not found anything better but maybe the new Model 3 has it.
