Plastics that break today (or tomorrow) work perfectly well on engine inlet manifolds so why not accelerator pedals?

My RHD Fiat Panda has the same column and pedals as LHD. A big lever take brake pedal force to the booster pack. Clutch is hydraulic (works either way. Loud pedal is drive by wire. Heater is centrally mounted. However fuse boxes don’t move and heater speed control resistor us near impossible to reach. It would be so easy to put the resistor on a heat sink and to run the wires centrally. Then the fuse box could swap sides easy-as.
