  1. Stop eating crap especially sugars (and equivalent) and get a sensible level of exercise. Result better quality of life.

  2. Sandy found a way to do the things most engineers would love to see. Most people get beaten down by the system. I was one of those. I changed career. Not a good idea. Sandy found a way through that wall of “you can’t do it like that”.
