I stopped listening to the email. It’s gaslighting on the verge of psychopathy especially the way he (says) he treats his own children. “Release me from my promise” means I lied you’ll have just accept it. What a ** he is.

Tesla crashes on narrow single lane road while trying to avoid pot holes. At least the camera footage proves it’s not your fault.

2x the price (or even 3x) is fine if the product actually works.

Apple cannot access the phone data. It’s how they avoid responsibility for the content. If the couple’s data was really that important all they needed was an Apple cloud account and a half decent cellular data account. It’s peanuts compared to the costs of a five month holiday.

I don’t buy from Amazon. I do check their adverts against eBay and 90% of the time it’s junk.

The business simply has to raise its prices 2%. Nobody will notice. Job done. It’s what I did.

The Apple corporate attitude is no different to the medical system which pumps back pain patients with hazardous but non effective pain killers when all they need is a chiropractor or osteopath. Some even have the cheek to say chiropractic is dangerous yet just one drug killed 60,000 before it was pulled from use.

Sandy Munro says, “Please do not buy products to save money - I can’t afford the cost.”

Apple are like all huge companies. Someone in engineering goofs someone in afterssales compounds the goof. Nobody will admits its a systemic problem (not my job). The end result might not be malice but the system that allows it to happen (always in favour of Big Inc) and stay happened is clearly malicious.

Darien Rousseau It might have been intended for security but it failed miserably. And Apple chose to avoid telling anyone about this wonderful security feature.

Mirozen I would avoid Apple products but frankly nobody else comes close. I have a 2012 MacBook cost me £1000 at least 50% more than a good name PC. It has just had the hard drive ribbon cable fail. That’s it. Over the last 8 years it’s been the cheapest computer I’ve owned. Same with iPhones but I never had a touch button problem. Went straight from 3 to 5 plus. Now have a 7 which could do with a new battery.

Darien Rousseau Why not edit the original post to say. “Oops discussed to death now leave it out” or some such.

Stitch The Ferret No way. Even in USA, a simple label on the back is enough to cover personal injury risks if said widget is opened.
