  1. Apple cannot access the phone data. It’s how they avoid responsibility for the content. If the couple’s data was really that important all they needed was an Apple cloud account and a half decent cellular data account. It’s peanuts compared to the costs of a five month holiday.

  2. The Apple corporate attitude is no different to the medical system which pumps back pain patients with hazardous but non effective pain killers when all they need is a chiropractor or osteopath. Some even have the cheek to say chiropractic is dangerous yet just one drug killed 60,000 before it was pulled from use.
