Why are Aston not using the Freevalve system? It would save weight and make more power per cc. Much less mechanical complexity Win Win. Surely?

The 2015 to 2020 Yamaha R1 motorcycle engine is 998cc 79.0mm bore x 50.9mm stroke. It develops at the REAR WHEEL 188.4 bhp at 12,729 rpm. Peak torque is 78.6 Nm at 8,790 rpm. All done with natural aspiration and it meets Euro emissions standards. Why can’t the car achieve this?
