  1. This gun was a problem in the Falklands. British rounds had to hit something vital to stop the guy. Argentines fired bigger lower velocity rounds with far more stopping power and accordingly more effective.

  2. The US type 14 Torpedo of WW2 was a far more miserable story of failure and self serving cover-ups. Neither should have happened.
