  1. paladro All cars use energy. Take the total well to road expenditure for Fossil powered engines against even mine to road electric and the total emissions are lower for electric. Over time we might (holds breath) get new Gen 4 nuclear bringing low cost zero CO2 energy. That will be used in electric cars. Engine cars will still be fossils.

  2. In USA most trucks are sold for towing so the Tesla Truck is bang on target. Price-wise it’s cheaper than Ford’s F-150 and it’s tough enough that a few surface marks will add to its cache.
