  1. The Russian fleet shot up a Dutch fishing boat because one captain said it was a Japanese torpedo boat. But they failed to hit it. Complete incompetence even at the earliest stage of their voyage.

  2. Since Finland and Sweden joined NATO, the Russian Baltic coast is little more than the St Petersburg waterfront. Kaliningrad is irrelevant. Ukraine is busily sinking their Black Sea fleet. They are screwed.
