  1. If a normal state wants someone dead it just happens. Investigations find nothing wrong because it’s always well covered up. Russia is not a normal state. It’s top operators (and their families) are always at risk

  3. Russia is a crime syndicate controlled oil company with a private army all held together by corruption at the highest levels. Putin maintains control by taking out even the least likely competition. Poison and window falls are the chosen methods.
