  2. 31,000 die a year and 90% wear seatbelts. 630,000 + dead isn’t a motivator. Not to mention long term side effects from Covid. “The virtue of selfishness” is alive and well (with a high mortality rate) in America. One in 507 Americans have died from Covid. We’re number one in the world.
