  1. Most states have a smoking ban for restaurants. If someone came in and lit up a cigarette patrons would be hysterical because of secondary smoke. Having patrons wear a mask to prevent the spread of a disease that has killed 650.000 and left hundreds more with lasting side effects is unacceptable? Why is there 90% compliance on seat belts? Dying in a car crash must be more unacceptable than being intubated and dying from Covid.
