  1. It would be nice if Amtrak or local governments would spend some money on Amtrak stations. In a major city like Cleveland the station is only open from midnight to 7:30am. The parking area is fenced and unguarded if you park there. Near the lakefront and not within safe walking distance of anything. On some routes the passenger stations look like shelters used in public transit. And unlike airports don’t plan on finding a car rental agency on premise.
