  2. I was born in 1952 and can confirm we were still rationing food. Britain has paid reparations by buying every slave from slaveowners, like Schindler did for the Jews, we only finished paying the loan required to do so around 2015 so everyone paying taxes up to that date has contributed to freeing generations of slaves and stopping the slave trade across the world ( with the exception of the middle east where it continues ) . The Windrush immigrants I met were happy and grateful, it's their lazy, pampered descendents who are not.
