  1. I'm wondering if the parents of those victims are insisting on charging the rapists, I would, I'd kick up such a stink if they weren't arrested and gaoled ! Mind you there does seem to be some sort of tacit collusion in the media and institutions now to shy away from such "delicate" issues that threats of going to the press would probably be completely in vain.
