It is ok to be white, also black, brown etc. The fact that anyone would object to this statement, reveals their own racism, because presumably from their observable stance, they disagree with it. They do not think it's ok to be white, and evidently too stupid to know how transparent they are. I want some brave interviewer to ask them, "So what you're saying is that it's not ok be white?"
