I've been wondering about why no family member has made a fuss or retaliated, so maybe they are the children of single mothers or kids from care homes?, they'd go for the vulnerable and unprotected, because they are cowardly predators that prey on the weak. If it were my child I'd start holding community meetings to recruit vigilante protectors to police the neighbourhood without the restraint of the law. It would soon stop if a few of those rapists ended up in hospital.
