The trans buddies are there to make sure the clinic doesn't lose money, because some Dr. talks the kids out of the life changing surgery. The second women has a lovely background of rainbows on a kiddies blackboard and a teddy bear, then get upset when anyone calls groomers. Mutilating children and destroying their lives for money, the only word for this is pure evil.
