  1. Lots of people hated her blunt, logical approach and thought her heartless, but I would be so happy to have someone like her running Britain now. The French wouldnt have got away with taking the p*ss out of us, if she'd been in charge, and she would have got Brexit done a lot quicker! And shes right, on an individual level if someone is always giving you things, fussily striving to make you comfortable, advising you on whats not good for you, and coddling you to the point it becomes intrusive, you dont feel that you can ever disagree with them. You might enjoy all that spoiling at the beginning but eventually you would grow to resent that intrusion, and having to keep quiet out of a feeling of obligation, despite knowing you are being controlled and now have no freedom, you remain compliant until it becomes unbearable. Its like having a possessive girlfriend, wife or mother and vice versa. Thats whats happening on a collective scale, nationally and globally.
