  9. Absolutely agree, my father remained slim all his life, if my mum coaxed him to eat more, he would say " I've had sufficient for my needs, I eat to live, not live to eat" I Iive by that now.

  15. Portion size is probably a factor, I'm from England, when my sister's first went on holiday in the U.S. they couldn't believe the huge portion size of servings, and believe me, they can eat, I'm the slimmest in the family at 9 stone 4.
