So basically, they are saying that education needs "dumbing down" to "help" those poor minority, which infers that they can't meet the challenge! How patronising is that?! That's an "ism" right there and they are so blinded with their need to look virtuous, they don't seem to see it or they know exactly what they are doing under the guise of being " inclusive". If I were a member of one of those minority's I would be deeply insulted ! That's just another way of saying they're too dumb to compete with white people.!
