I kind of agree, then that would put "Natural Selection" in charge, they'll carry on justifying their self indulgence by projecting their self loathing on the rest of the world until they drop dead from a heart attack ! They will commit slow suicide until none of them are left in the gene pool. I'm not being unkind, I've been a fatty that saw what I needed to do. Challenges are character building and toughen you up, so it shows that it's all about laziness mentally and physically and a bit of cowardice too👍😁

  4. Do you preach? You should, because you are a natural, you speak with such clarity and every word is gold. The only other people I can say have such an impact on me and hold my rapt attention in the same are Professor Jordan Peterson and Scottish Historian Neil Oliver. I don't know if you've even heard of them or how you feel about them if you have, but like you, they speak from the heart and with great passion, so that you KNOW they absolutely believe what they're saying, and when you're listening you recognise the Truth in it. It's like something you've always known but here is this voice that wakes you up from your mental slumber to a recognition or " remembering" of that Truth. You hear the voice of a kindred soul and a voice you suddenly realise you've been waiting for in your state of unease, a bit like Neo in the Matrix. That's a powerful gift. 😁❤️🇬🇧
