  3. Absolutely, I've been through phases of fear, anger even despair, so demoralised and tired that I felt at rock bottom but this dark spell brought me so low that I have now rediscovered my Faith. It gives me strength, rest and hope, that despite appearances, good will triumph in the end. We just need to be prepared.

  5. We are most certainly in a spiritual battle and feeling tired and demoralised. Whenever I feel like that, I read the 23rd psalm and remind myself of the Good Shepherd and pray for our leaders and our country. As a 72 year old disabled woman, apart from voting for Reform there isn't much on the physical plane that I can do but I can at least add some value in the spiritual realm. 😊❤️🤍💙
