  2. I dont that gobby women, but its perfectly reasonable to expect not to be contacted by your boss on your day off. I was constantly losing my leisure time when I worked because if someone didnt turn up hed phone me to come in whether i had plans or not. This is not America where bosses can demand you work 12 hours or more, people do need to switch off, especially now after covid that seems to have lead to hundreds of people suffering a lot of stress and mental issues.

  3. We used to have a thing called Flexitime where you could pick your hours/days etc to work as long you did your 40 hours a week, is that similar ?
