I'd put money on it, that meghans friend was asked to do it for her, since it would look too obvious if they did it. Meghan thinks shes smarter than everybody else and that no one could accuse her of the " coincidental " timing, so got her friend to do it instead, no doubt specifying the day they should push her tat. Needy and greedy are just loathsome.
