  1. I was born in 1952, I dont spend any money on hotels , restaurants or alcohol etc, I shop at a hospice shop for my clothes and shoes. In past winters, I've sat in bed in my coat to keep warm. That man is vile.

  5. The government is now thinking about stopping the single persons discount on the council tax ! Thats a double whammy to lone pensioners without the winter fuel payment ! Looks like malice to me, aimed at Conservative voters / Brexiteers or maybe its another culling of those who remember how Britain used to be.
