  3. Don't be ridiculous, soldiers put their life on the line and receive things like the Victoria Cross for brave acts above and beyond their duty. Knighthoods are given out like sweeties for corruption and money.

  7. Khan laughs at criticism because he feels ( knows ) he's untouchable. The umma demographic of London will keep voting for him, not because they like him but because of his ideology, when theres enough of them, he would be replaced by someone much more radical. Imagine the further damage he could do in the House of Lords.

I dare say, his apparent love for " pride " and lefty rhetoric etc is either taqqiya which he'll eventually drop, or when that demographic become dominant and powerful enough, they'll let him know what Islam thinks of it.
